Bear Lake Public Access Site & Beach

Home to a public access point, parking lot, public beach, small park with space for volleyball and a still, and potter restrooms, with NO lifeguard on duty. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is proposing the use of federal and state funds to provide free public access and barrier-free ADA access at Bear Lake near Wolf Lake (Noble County), Indiana. They plan to construct a new prefabricated concrete boat ramp to replace the existing one and install a new launching pier. The Indiana Division of Fish & Wildlife is seeking comments regarding any potential impacts on environmental, cultural, and historical resources.
