A Season of Gratitude: Thank You from Visit Noble County

As Thanksgiving approaches, we at Visit Noble County want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to the incredible community that makes our destination so special. This year, we’re reminded of how fortunate we are to work alongside so many passionate individuals and organizations who contribute to the growth of our tourism industry and the vibrancy of our county.

Nature Partners:

With 117 natural lakes, over 50 miles of paved trails, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure, Noble County continues to offer a retreat for visitors seeking rejuvenation in nature. From hiking the serene paths of Chain O' Lakes State Park to exploring the rich legacy at the Gene Stratton-Porter State Historic Site, Noble County Parks Board, and Merry Lea Evnimental Learn Center of Goshen College, each visitor is treated to a unique and memorable experience.

Tourism Assets:

We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to our tourism partners who make these experiences possible. Whether it’s the educational outreach of Black Pine Animal Sanctuary, the locally crafted products at Annie Oakley Natural Perfumery, or cultural hubs like the Mid-America Windmill Museum, Strand Theatre, Stone’s Trace Historical Society, and the Community Learning Center, each of these treasured sites showcases the depth and diversity of Noble County’s attractions.

Main Street Partners:

We also want to recognize the charming communities and vibrant local groups that work tirelessly to preserve and celebrate Noble County’s rich history and culture. Places like Historic Downtown Kendallville, Main Street Ligonier, the Albion STAR Team, and all our fairs and festivals help make every visit unforgettable.

Hospitality:

To our local hospitality businesses, such as the Kimmell House Inn Bed & Breakfast, Great Indidna Golf Packages, Sylvan Cellars Event Center, and The Best Western Kendallville Inn, your dedication to hospitality and customer service ensures that every guest feels right at home. You are the heartbeat of the welcoming spirit that draws visitors back time and time again.

GOVERNMENT, COMMERCE, AND ECONOMIC LEADERS:

A special thank you goes to the community leaders and partners who strengthen our local economy. Organizations like the Albion Chamber of Commerce, Avilla Chamber, Rome City Chamber, Ligonier Chamber, and Kendallville Chamber play a critical role in fostering economic growth. We’re also grateful for the support and collaboration of the Noble County EDC, Noble County Council, and so many others who champion tourism development in the region.

Our Visitors:

Most importantly, we extend our sincere appreciation to the nearly one million visitors who choose Noble County as their destination each year. Whether you're here to enjoy a peaceful retreat, attend a festival, or dive into our rich history, your presence is what brings life to everything we do here at Visit Noble County.

From all of us at Visit Noble County, thank you for being part of our story. We are truly grateful for the community, partnerships, and shared love for this beautiful destination. As we look forward to another year of growth and discovery, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and blessed Thanksgiving.
