What is the Destination Noble 2.0 Banner Contest?
Each year, Destination Noble 2.0 celebrates the beauty, culture, and creativity of our communities. This year, we are curating a small, hand-selected group of artists to submit designs that will be featured on banners throughout Avilla, Albion, Cromwell, Ligonier, Rome City, and Kendallville. These banners will not only welcome visitors but also inspire local pride.

How to Submit Your Artwork
If you’ve been invited to participate, this is your friendly reminder to submit your designs no later than Friday, April 18th, at 4:00 PM.
We are looking for a cohesive design that reflects the spirit of Noble County. One artist will be selected to create the final banners, ensuring a unified and impactful look across the region.
Know an Artist Who Should Be Considered?
We are also gathering recommendations for talented artists from across Noble County, particularly those connected to the CLC, Ligonier, and Albion areas. If you have someone in mind, please reach out!
