Murals
While Noble County is home to the City of Ligonier, also known as the "City of Murals," did you know we are also the home to more than forty art murals throughout the county?
Sculptures
Noble County also has a rich inventory of sculptures!
Visit Historic Downtown Kendallville to see the aptly named "Bird Man" and "Play Time Dog" statues in founders park, or take a stroll through Gene Stratton Porter State Historic Site to see the author's beautiful statue atop the Mausoleum.
Throughout Ligonier, you can find bronze sculptures located throughout various places in the community. In total, there are 12 - can you find them all?
During your trek through Noble County, you may have also noticed that there are a lot of bison hanging around. These bison are from the 2016 Indiana "Bison"tennial celebration! They can currently be found in Rome City, Ligonier, and Albion.

Expand your horizons even further
In 2020, the Northeast Indiana Make It Your Own Mural Fest brought artists from near and far who produced several new murals in communities across the 11-county Northeast Indiana region. This enriching experience provided tens of thousands of residents - and travelers - a wonderful opportunity to get outdoors and be enriched during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, the murals stand in tribute to one of the most collaborative regions in the nation!
The map below provides a trail to view all eleven "Make It Your Own" murals.
