​Noble County Parks and Recreation Department focuses resources on developing and enhancing outdoor recreational opportunities in the unincorporated areas of the county (areas not within any of the six incorporated communities.) The volunteer (appointed) board collaborates with and supports the outstanding municipal parks departments and other local tourism partners that offer outdoor recreational opportunities.
